Our Definition of Bullying:
‘Bullying is intentional behaviour that hurts someone else. It usually happens over a period of time, is repetitive and involves an imbalance of power. Bullying includes name calling, hitting, spreading rumours, threatening or undermining someone. Bullying can be physical, verbal or psychological.’
