Every child, young person and adult has the right to be treated with dignity and respect. We believe and expect that everyone will be able to be safe, learn and play in school in an environment that is free from fear and intimidation. We want our children to develop, learn and grow in a safe and stimulating environment so they are able to achieve to the best of their ability.

Our Definition of Bullying:

‘Bullying is intentional behaviour that hurts someone else. It usually happens over a period of time, is repetitive and involves an imbalance of power. Bullying includes name calling, hitting, spreading rumours, threatening or undermining someone. Bullying can be physical, verbal or psychological.’
